Xiaomi appears to be close to releasing its foldables on the global market. The Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 will be made accessible outside of China, according to a recent report. For the ‘MIX Fold’ line of products from the company, that would be the first.

The final model in the series, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3, debuted in August. So, that would be a relatively new smartphone. Why then are we discussing the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4? There was a Xiaomi 2405CPX3DC seen. The ‘C’ denotes a variant for the Chinese market. But besides that, the phone, the 2405CPX3DG, also showed up. The letter ‘G’, which denotes a global version of the gadget, is at the very end of this string. The Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 is purportedly represented by these two smartphones. In August 2022, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 was on sale, and in August 2023, the MIX Fold 3.
The source seems to believe that the ‘2405’ numbers in the model number indicate a launch date, but that is still possible. Alternatively, May 24, 2024, to be precise. So, it might come earlier than we expected.
If Xiaomi intends to push it into international markets, that is conceivable. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra was first introduced in April, and it reached international markets in June. Therefore, the business may combine the debuts of the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 and 14 Ultra next year.
