Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 images released including retail box

The retail box for the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 and its image have just surfaced. The device will go on sale this year. The third-generation book-style foldable from the firm will be the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3.

Be aware that the first and second generations of items were only available in China. This time, we’re hoping for a different outcome since Samsung needs additional rivals in international markets. Even if that does happen, Xiaomi will still introduce the phone in China first.

Xiaomi’s MIX Fold 3 images appeared, including the phone’s retail packaging

In any case, the phone and its box are visible in the two photographs that are included below the story. Unfortunately, when the phone is folded, we can only see the front. This appears to be a screenshot from the phone’s ‘About device’ page.

What is clear from this is that the device’s cover display will include a camera hole in the centre. Additionally, its hardware buttons and the glass that rests on the display are visible.

The phone’s retail packaging may be seen in the second picture. It is exactly what you would anticipate. The design element is the same, but the box is bigger than the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s. Here, you’ll see branding for Xiaomi, the phone’s name, and Leica’s logo. The box is dark grey in colour.

The device will be launched this month

Last year, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 was launched on August 11. From which we can assume that the MIX Fold 3 launch isn’t that far away. Although we don’t have much information about the device, we  can predict what it will be like.

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 was compact and thin for a book-style foldable device. It spread out in the market as it was the thinnest book-style foldable of all time. We have no choice but to wait and see whether Xiaomi will be able to beat the Honour Magic V2 in that regard.

The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Other than that, we’re expecting LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage to be included. With its displays offering a 120Hz refresh rate, while we’ll also get truly fast charging here.
