The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will be launched officially on August 14. Xiaomi Is releasing updates from time to time for the device. A bunch of new feature updates are released by the company, including display information along with battery and camera information. The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 is certified for up to 500,000 folds.
As per a statement via Xiaomi, it was certified by TUV Rheinland. The device contains three-element connecting rods along with 1,800 MPa ultra-high-strength steel. This steel is expected to give your screens wrap-around protection.
It was revealed by the company that the device will be equipped with an 8.02-inch foldable AMOLED Display. QHD resolution will be offered by the device, including a 120 Hz refresh rate. It will have a brightness of 2,600 nits.
The device will offer a battery life of 1.34 days, which is due to the incorporation of a dual-cell battery system. It also contains three Surge Chips. Although we are not sure about battery capacity, it’s rumored to be 4,800 mAh.
Backed by Leica, there will be four cameras on the back of the device. Among them, the main shooter will be a 50-megapixel unit, although the details are still unknown. With that, one of the cameras among these is a periscope telephoto unit. This determines wide, ultrawide, telephoto, and a periscope telephoto unit.
The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. According to rumors, it’s expected to offer a 67-watt wired charger along with a 50-watt wireless charger for devices including LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0.
