Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro to launch on August 29

Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro has now been officially announced after a series of rumors, the Chinese manufacturer has announced the launch date of Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro to be August 29.

A few weeks ago Xiaomi has announced Redmi K20 and K20 Pro in India, the company has now officially announced the latest version on Note series, the previous Redmi Note 7 attracted much attention, it was reported earlier that Redmi Note 7 was sold out in minutes when the company opened preorders for it. It also came with an extended 18 months warranty to attract more customers.

Redmi also promised 64MP camera phone to launch soon during July, however, the company didn’t mention which smartphone will have this whopping 64 Megapixels camera.  The leaked specifications of Redmi Note 8 suggest that it sports 64 Megapixels camera as well.

The phone has a rear four-shot camera which is the biggest selling point for Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, the phone is equipped with G90T recently released chip by MediaTek, which has improved gaming performance.

The rear four-shot camera is vertically aligned and the flash is located beside the camera module, According to MediaTek the G90T processor is the top gaming processor, and the 64MP camera sensor is taken from Samsung.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro Specifications and Price in Pakistan

The phone comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, the SoC is already discussed which is MediaTek Helio G90T, it exhibits a 6.39-inch 1080×2340 pixels IPS LCD display, the Triple Camera is a combination of 64 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP, LED Flash and 25MP front selfie camera. The battery capacity is 4000mAh, the expected price in Pakistan is Rs. 69,999 to 74,999.
