Xiaomi will unveil the high-end Xiaomi 13T series this month

Xiaomi is all set to debut its next high-end smartphone series. Reportedly, the company will unveil the Xiaomi 13T series this month on September 26. It will be a global launch event that will be conducted in Berlin, Germany. Interestingly, Xiaomi recently declared that it will now offer five years of software updates to its smartphones.

When it comes to the specs of the Xiaomi 13T series, the company’s CEO, Lei Jun, announced via social media accounts that Leica is a part of the upcoming smartphones. Well, it was already rumored, but now it has more weight since it was officially confirmed. Notably, the company is using a ‘Masterpiece in sight’ tagline for this event.

At this moment, nothing is hidden or secretive about the design of the Xiaomi 13T Pro, since we recently came across its real-life images. Besides this, the Xiaomi 13T was showcased in an 18-minute YouTube video.

Among the two smartphones, the Pro model will be more potent in terms of specs. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor, with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It will also feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz.

The ‘Pro’ model will feature support for 120W charging

In accordance with previous reports, the Pro model will include a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging. According to rumors, its camera island will consist of a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP telephoto unit.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 13T will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. It will feature support for up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It will have the same display and battery capacity as the Pro model. The Xiaomi 13T will feature support for 67W wired charging. Both smartphones will feature thin bezels. They will ship with Android 13 and MIUI 14 skin.
