ZTE is just about to release the ZTE AXON 30. But not in August. The most likely release date would belong to September 2021. And here we are discussing some insights about the device ahead of its release. So let’s begin.
According to the information we have now, the ZTE Axon 30 is currently available only in China. The company is planning a release in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, Middle East, and Africa.
The Axon 30 5G is a 6.92-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) resolution, an impressive refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a 360 Hz touch sampling rate.
The device is equipped with a quad-camera setup on the back with a 64 MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.79. Then there’s an 8 MP ultrawide camera with 120-degree field of view support, a 5 MP macro shooter, and a 2 MP depth sensor. And to the front, we get a 16 MP selfie camera.
Under the hood, we get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, clubbed with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device has a 4,200mAh battery with support for 55W fast charging.
Other notable features include a USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, and 5G connectivity. The smartphone weighs 189 grams and its dimensions are 170.2 x 77.8 x 7.8mm.
In its homeland, ZTE Axon 30 5G has a starting price tag of CNY 2,198 ($338), which goes up to CNY 3,098 ($476) for the higher-end model.
