The Chinese telecommunication company ZTE has introduced ZTE Axon 50 Ultra. The features of this device are quite amazing. One of the most notable features is the two-way satellite messaging. As of now, the company ahs introduced the smartphone in the local Chinese market.
When it comes to the design of the smartphone, the front appears quite similar to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. However, the back is entirely different. The phone has flat top and bottom sides. It comes with a curved display.
On the back panel, the device holds three cameras aligned vertically in order of largest sensor to smallest sensor. It includes a 64MP main camera (Sony’s IMX787 sensor, OIS) is backed by a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP telephoto unit (3x optical zoom). We can see the AXON branding on the back as well.
On the right side, below the volume buttons, a red-colored power/lock button is present. Based on the BeiDou satellite (BDS) infrastructure, the ZTE Axon 50 Ultra features two-way satellite messaging. Users can send as well as reeciev messages in areas with low network connection.
Other features of the smartphone include a 6.67-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display provided with a refresh rate of 144Hz. If has the support for LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage. The device is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Stereo speakers could also be found.
Besides this, the device is equipped with ZTE’s own security chip, and hardware-level encryption. It comes with Android 13 as well as ZTE’s MyOS 13 skin. Axon 50 Ultra features a 5,000mAh battery. It has the support for 80W wired charging. Wireless charging is not supported by this device.
