Halo: Campaign Evolved will be released in July with new missions

We’ve never seen Master Chief like this before: in Halo Campaign Evolved, the series returns to its beginnings and, in addition to a comprehensive overhaul of the first adventure, offers fresh content that we can take a look at in the latest trailer. The release date has also now been set.

Improved and expanded campaign

Halo: Campaign Evolved initially contains the complete campaign of Halo: Combat Evolved, which, compared to the now almost 25-year-old original, offers contemporary graphics, extended cutscenes, an improved soundtrack, a revised level design and even nine new weapons and enemy types.

Particularly exciting: With Operation: Meteorite, the new edition has a three-part mission series that did not exist in Combat Evolved. Set before the actual story, players fight in the role of Master Chief alongside Sgt. Johnson in various locations. Their goal is to infiltrate a Covenant ship. As the trailer shows, not everything goes as planned and the two even end up in space.
