After a halt in the import ban, Apple is once again selling its disputed Watch models

The firm is once again offering the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 wearables for purchase. After a federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. granted a temporary delay on an import and sales ban yesterday, we were aware that this would happen. The lawsuit by the medical technology company Masimo, which claims that the blood oxygen sensors in the more recent Apple Watch models are in violation of two patents, is at the center of the controversy. Additionally, the business charged Apple with employee poaching and trade secret theft.

After the ITC sided with Masimo, Apple hurried to provide a software update. Apple was forced to start again once it was determined that the problem stemmed from a hardware problem with the sensor itself. By January 13, a revised blood oxygen sensor should be unveiled.
