Ahead of 2022 Tipsters Share Info About Two Redmi Smartphones

Redmi is working on two new flagships for 2022. One of them is likely to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series SoC. The other one might feature a MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC.

Some leaks are hinting that these two devices might belong to the Redmi K series (could be the K40 series or the K50 series).

Luckily, our gentle tipsters have extracted some of the information about these two devices way ahead of their launch. According to one tipster, the device carrying the Qualcomm SoC would have a 3x telephoto camera with 30x zoom. This same Redmi smartphone is also expected to bring a 120Hz OLED display. This smartphone will get its power from a heavy-duty 5000mAh battery.

The other device (one with Dimensity SoC) is also expected to feature a 120Hz display and a 5000mAh battery. It will also have a 64MP primary camera sensor on the rear side.

We are almost five months away from 2022. But we do expect to hear more about these two devices.
