Microsoft is giving its Surface Go a performance update this year: The Surface Go 3 comes with only minor improvements compared to its predecessor. A new CPU should not only make Microsoft’s smallest tablet so far faster but also optimize it for Windows 11.
The Surface Go 3 thus continues to offer a 10.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels, inputs are not only possible with a finger, keyboard, and mouse, but also with a stylus. The keyboard is removable and protects the screen from scratches when folded.
The biggest notable innovation is inside because depending on the configuration, buyers get an Intel Pentium Gold 6500Y or an Intel Core i3-10100Y. The Surface Go 3 will be available from October 5th, just in time for the start of the new Windows 11 operating system. This will of course be preinstalled.
