With the AGON Pro AG246FK6, AOC has introduced a new gaming monitor, which has an impressive refresh rate of 600 Hz. This model is particularly aimed at e-sports enthusiasts and professional gamers who place the highest demands on the speed of reaction and image quality.
The Agon Pro AG246FK6 has a 24-inch TN panel with a full HD resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 pixels. TN panels are known for their fast response times, but often have restrictions on viewing angles and color rendering. AOC specifies the response time of the monitor with impressive 0.3 milliseconds, which is particularly advantageous for quick games. The maximum brightness is 500 cd/m², and the monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified, which ensures improved contrasts and higher color accuracy.
In addition, the monitor covers 99 % of the SRGB color space and 90 % of the DCI-P3 color space, which speaks for a precise color display. In terms of connectivity, the monitor offers both HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC support. While a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz is reached via HDMI 2.1, the display port enables the full 600 Hz for full HD resolution. In addition, the monitor has four USB connections for peripheral devices.
The Agon Pro AG246FK6 also attaches importance to ergonomics. The base enables a height adjustment by 130 mm, a tendency of 28 degrees, a rotation of 60 degrees and a pivot function that allows the screen to be turned into portrait format. For users who prefer alternative brackets, there is a VESA recording (100 × 100 mm). A pull-out headset holder and RGB lighting on the back complete the design.

The AOC Agon Pro AG246FK6 sets new standards in the area of gaming monitors with its exceptionally high refresh rate of 600 Hz and a quick response time of 0.3 ms. These properties make it attractive for professional gamers and e-athletes, which are dependent on the highest performance. In China, the monitor is already available for the equivalent of around 830 euros. Information on availability and pricing in other regions is still pending.
