More importantly, the dummies seem to confirm a previously unconfirmed rumor regarding the SIM card. The slot for this moves from the right to the left side of the Apple phone and is now located below the volume buttons. Apple is likely to make these changes because the integration of the 5G modem makes this necessary without further ado. As is well known, all variants of the iPhone 12 should be on the move in the new mobile network and offer appropriate support. The 3D models also confirm the retention of the Lightning connection, USB-C does not play a role for Apple on the iPhone, and it will remain so in the future.
