The ambitious sci-fi mammoth project Foundation continues this summer. This has now been confirmed by Apple and at the same time rewarded fans with a first trailer for the second season. This shows how the new episodes will continue.
The series adaptation of Isaac Asimov’s book series of the same name started in 2021 with initially ten episodes. It goes without saying that this is not even remotely enough to tell the rather complex story of the template, and fans can look forward to more supplies soon after a year’s break.
Foundation paints a picture of a far-off vision of the future, in which a group of exiles seeks a way to save humanity and build a new civilization after the collapse of a galactic empire. As the now-published sneak peek reveals, the second season marks the beginning of the second crisis.
Foundation – Season 2 is scheduled to launch exclusively on Apple TV+ in the summer of 2023, but an exact date is not yet known. The main roles then include Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, and Leah Harvey.
