ARM problem? Amazon reports high return rates for Surface Laptop 7

With the Surface Laptop 7 and the Surface Pro 11, Microsoft launched two of the first new Windows PCs with ARM processors. Now high return numbers at Amazon indicate that the switch to the new platform does not run completely smoothly, as you may hope.

Amazon customers should think carefully about the purchase
