At CES 2024, Infinix AirCharge technology will be revealed

Infinix has come forward with a number of innovative charging technologies at previous CES events. These technologies range from 180W Thunder Charge Technology to the revolutionary 260W All-Round FastCharge. At the upcoming CES event, the company is set to reveal its AirCharge wireless charging and Extreme-Temp Battery technologies.

Infinix AirCharge technology

According to the company, wireless charging is expected to leap forward with AirCharge. It will enable users to charge their devices without using any cords or making direct contact with the charging pad. The technique functions when coils are inclined at an angle of up to 60 degrees and supports charging at 0–20 cm. With AirCharge, users can easily charge their devices while engaging in activities like gaming or viewing videos, as opposed to using standard wired charging.

The latest technology by Infinix works at low frequencies below 6.78MHz to ensure users’ safety. It has the capacity to provide 7.5W of consistent charging power. The circuitry is effectively protected by the system’s extensive resonance and overvoltage protection (OVP) circuits. This ensures the safety of the charging process even when there are sudden changes in the distance and position between the phone and the charging pad.

Extreme-Temp Battery technology

In order to provide users with solutions for charging smartphones in extremely cold environments, the company has come forward with the concept of Extreme-Temp Battery Technology. It has been developed with fusion solid-state technology and a biomimetic electrolyte that enables the battery to operate at even -40°C. The Extreme-Temp Battery guarantees performance and longevity in severe cold environments with a charging temperature range of -40°C to 60°C.
