ColorOS 14 Reveals Exciting New Features and a Beta Program for Compatible Devices

Oppo is currently propelling to expand its product lineup with a focus on both hardware and software. The company recently debuted ColorOS 14. The company is actively involved in addressing user concerns regarding the improvements to ColorOS 14. Based on user input, the company is now rolling out a beta program for eligible devices.

ColorOS 14 brings several new features

Since the beta testing phase, Oppo has been actively collecting user feedback about ColorOS 14. Such an approach has proved to be helpful for the growth of ColorOS. The feedback shared by users is actively reviewed by the concerned team with a commitment to improve and enhance the overall experience. As of now, the company has rolled out a new ColorOS 14 update. Reportedly, the update comprises several new features and improvements.

Based on user feedback, the new update includes a customizable status bar font style, floating window support for apps on the home screens, improved facial recognition speed and lock screen bounce animation, and support for custom screen refresh rates for individual apps. The new update improves vibration effects and the display of system notifications. Furthermore, the display transitions, lock screen layouts, and audio effects can be optimized. The gallery’s photo editing feature allows for original state restoration.

The new update will begin rolling out by the start of next month. In the initial phase, Find N5, Find N3 Flip, Find X7 series, Find X6 series, Reno11 series, and OnePlus Ace 3 models will receive the update. Other devices will get the update at some point in March or April 2024.
