On the other hand, TikTok is a video creating and sharing mobile application which allows its users to capture the video clips, lip-sync to their favorite songs and clips, create short videos, as well as view the clips and videos of others using the platform.
In TikTok, there is also an option that allows users to live stream videos and directly interact with other users through the online chat system. It also allows the users to watch the videos created by the other users without ever creating an account on it.
It is pertinent to mention here that, last month, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) issued a final warning to TikTok. As per the details, the PTA asked the management of the China-based company to put in place a comprehensive mechanism to control “obscenity, vulgarity, and immorality through its social media platform”.
