The ambitious Final Fantasy 7 remake project will enter its second round in February 2024. The developer Square Enix has now announced this. In addition to the release date, there is also a new trailer with many previously unpublished excerpts from the game.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will be released on February 29, 2024, and will initially be available exclusively for the PlayStation 5 on two discs. Other platforms will not be provided with the game until May 29th at the earliest. However, no details have been revealed yet. At least a PC version is very likely.
What is certain is that the game will also be released as a twin pack, at least for the PS5, which also contains Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade. Intergrade is a technically revised version of the first Final Fantasy 7 remake.
In addition to a standard version and deluxe edition, there will also be a 379.99 euro Collector’s Edition, which, in addition to the game, also includes a steel book, the soundtrack on CD, a bound art book, a Sephiroth figure, and digital bonus content.
