We already know that Samsung is not bringing any new Note device this year. Clearly, because the company wants people to meet the new Galaxy Z devices, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are expected to release soon.
In a recent breakthrough, we learned that the two Galaxy Z devices would have the same release date as for the Galaxy S21 FE, which is August 2021. Previously, it was said that the two Z devices would come in July and the latter in August.
Samsung released the previous model of the Z series, i.e., the Galaxy Z Flip 5G was released in August 2020, whereas the Galaxy Z Fold 2 was released in September 2020.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 would be more affordable than the Flip 5G. This device is expected to sell for around 500,000 South Korean won (~$450) cheaper than the Z Flip in Korea. The earlier model was sold for 1.65 million won (~$1,483) at launch.
According to a report, in the US, the Z Flip 5G had a launch price of $1,449, which was later reduced to $1,199. The Z Flip 3 is expected to cost between $990 and $1,199.
Something similar is expected with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 since the price of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 was also marked down by $200.
As for this Galaxy S21 FE, we expect it to retail at 700,000 won (~$629), meaning it will cost about the same as the S20 FE, priced at $699 at launch.
