Galaxy Z Fold 4 receives the second One UI 5.0 beta update
Previously, Samsung introduced the One UI 5.0 beta update to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4. These updates were released just a week ago. Now, the company has introduced the second One UI 5.0 beta updates to Galaxy Z Fold 4 users in India. It is reported that the new software has many performance improvements as well as bug fixes.
The Second One UI 5.0 Beta update is based on Android 13. It comes with a download size of 717.11MB and the firmware version ending ZVJF for the Galaxy Z Fold 4. It is, however, introduced with the November 2022 security patch. The latest update resolves the Secure Wi-Fi error. Previously, this error appeared on rebooting the device. Additionally, the home icon and navigation bar disappearing has also been fixed.
Furthermore, the new update also accompanies the Bixby Routines. Previously, they failed to run sometimes. In addition to this, the used apps had some issues when users switched the screen layout and zoom. Also, the appearance of a black area on the screen was also noticed while unfolding the phone. As of now, the latest updates mark that all such issues have been resolved.
Given the first beta version update of One UI 5.0, the auto-framing feature of the camera didn’t work properly in landscape mode. The second beat update solves this issue. The late appearance of app icons while unfolding the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s screen is also taken care of.
With some other minor bugs, Samsung has reportedly resolved all the issues.
