Google Launches A Service For Recruiters Looking To Hire New Talent Called “Google Hire”
Google has launched a new service called Hire. The service is specifically for new businesses that are small and medium sized to find and hire new talent. This new feature by Google Hire is developed on G Suite that provides ease for employers to track info about applicants, from their CV to their contact info and other important details. They can also provide their feedback within the profile of the specific candidate.
Also through this service data of an individual is placed on Sheets which make it easier for the person who is hiring to analyze the information. Email of employer and employee is also synced through this for improving communication.
Google talked about this feature in an official blog stating that Google Hire integrates with G Suite apps including Gmail and Google Calendar which is used by around 3 million businesses, many of which strive for recruitment.
Google has not just provided ease for employers, recently Google launched AI powered job search engine for the job seekers. Through this engine job seekers can easily search for jobs. This engine uses artificial intelligence capabilities to find new jobs in less time and effort. All known job portals would be included in this search engine including LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Facebook, Local Jobs sites. Jobs from company’s career pages would also be included in Google search result.
Search result could be filtered through location, sector, time, company etc. You can find an appropriate job as per your requirement.
