Google is now working on making use of its popular app Google Photos, the company is planning to start a subscription program at $8 per month which will send the customers 10 prints of their best photos every month.
Google is starting a trial of the service which will eventually cost $8 per month; the subscription will send the 10 prints “automatically selected from the last 30 day photos” 9to5Google reported.
Users would also be able to tailor the selection criteria from three basic themes including people, pets and landscapes. The prints would be measuring 4×6-inches printed photographs at your door set so you can never lose your best moments and save them in printed form.
Google is first running the trial in the U.S. only, it is not clear yet the company plans to expand the subscription program in other regions or not. Google is already running a similar service of photo prints in the United States, people can order online photo prints directly to Walmart or CVS Pharmacy, the service was started back in September, in case you like to get your photo prints but doesn’t wish to involve in a monthly subscription plan.
