We already knew Honor is working on the release of its new Honor 50 series. The series might come in June 2021. One device from this series is expected to come with a quad rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera.
Previously we shared a piece of news in which we highlighted that one of the Honor 50 would have its rear camera setup housed in a dual-ring camera design. Today we learned from a news leak that this camera would have a quad-camera setup. This phone could be the Honor 50 Pro+.
We also learned that this Pro+ variant would come with a Snapdragon 888 SoC. It is also suggested that one device from the series would have a Dimensity 1200 SoC. RAM is expected to go up to 8GB of RAM.
The battery should certainly be over 4,000 mA. One of the new Honor devices also premiered on the 3C certification website, where we learned that a device from the series would support 11V 6A up to 66W and 20V 5A up to 100W fast charge protocol.
Moreover, it is predicted that the Honor 50 series would consist of three devices – Honor 50, 50 Pro, and 50 Pro+. Some also suggested that it will have only two devices – Honor 50 and 50 Pro.
We are almost halfway through May, and June is not that far now. So it is just a matter of few weeks till we know all about this series.
