How to reduce input lag when using Samsung DeX wirelessly

One of the main disadvantages associated with the usage of Samsung DeX wireless is the input lag. However, this is not such a big issue. Since there is a solution to this problem. Simply connect the mouse and keyboard to your TV. They can be connected via USB instead of connecting them to the smartphone’s or tablet’s peripherals while using wireless DeX.

From the perspective of a Wi-Fi Direct Connection, a specific delay is still presented. Although the connection is provided between the Galaxy phone or tablet and the TV or monitor. On the other hand, the input lag seem sot be completely gone if the mouse or keyboard are connected to the TV rather than to the user’s smartphone or tablet. However, the problem is not entirely solved with this solution. But it presents the idea that wireless DeX is more responsive to this strategy.

So, this is the possible solution. If you were eager to give it a try to Samsung DeX without the hassle of an HDMI hub. Simply connect the mouse and keyboard to the monitor or a TV with Miracast (preferably a Samsung smart TV introduced in 2019 or later). Don’t forget to connect the peripherals directly to your screen via USB instead of connecting them to a smartphone or tablet. In case the TV has a single USB port, a simple USB hub could be used.
