Huawei is soon holding a launching event this month (June). There would be several products to be introduced. One of them is the Huawei MatePad Pro. Ahead of its release, we received some exciting tips.
First, we learned that the Huawei MatePad Pro will not come alone, there would be at least two variants. One of them will have a 10.-inch display, having an IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1260 x 1600 pixels, 540 nits of brightness, and support for DCI-PC.
The other device is expected to come with a 12.6-inch AMOLED screen. Both these devices will come with support for Huawei’s M-Pencil.
Moreover, we also heard that the MatePad pro will come with the Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and either 128GB/256GB of storage.
The tablet will get its power from a 7,250 mAh battery and will be rechargeable via USB-C. The tablet’s dimensions come in at 246 x 159 x 7.2mm. The tablets will feature two cameras: an 8MP front camera and a 13MP primary shooter.
The larger 12.6-inch version may start at CNY 5000 (~€642). According to the source, on June 2, the company will hold a launch event for the upcoming Huawei products that include Watch3, MatePad Pro lineup, and Harmony OS 2.0.
