Instagram is no longer a photo-sharing app: Adam Mosseri
Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri says, “Instagram is no longer a photo-sharing app.”

So Instagram is now planning to follow TikTok. The company seems to get inspired by its success. This news came from the head of Instagram via a tweet:
Okay, so he not only mentioned “TikTok,” but “YouTube” also.
As he mentioned, Instagram is “no longer a photo-sharing app or a square photo-sharing app.” Instagram would now be focusing on four key elements – Creators, Video, Shopping and Messaging.
We also heard recently that Instagram has been experimenting with different features. The company also had “full-screen video experiences for a while for content posted to IGTV, Reels, and Stories.”
It has been a long time since I joined Research Snipers. Though I have been working as a part-time tech-news writer, it feels good to be part of the team. Besides that, I am building a finance-based blog, working as a freelance content writer/blogger, and a video editor.
