iPhone SE 4 Dummy Images Leaked

Newly leaked dummy images allow a look at the upcoming special edition of the iPhone. The device differs visually significantly from its predecessor. The smartphone should be in stores as early as March.

Photos show the iPhone 14-like design

The well-known leaker Sonny Dickson has about his account on X New images of dummy copies of the iPhone SE 4 have been released. The device, which may come onto the market under a new name, can be seen in two color variants. Like its predecessor, the phone will apparently be available in white and black.

The red color in which customers can buy the iPhone SE 3 is not shown, at least in the photos. The design of the new iPhone SE 4 is based on the look of the iPhone 14 and may even use an adapted version of its housing. This means that the device is more angular and probably a little thicker than its predecessor. At the same time, due to its similarity to current Apple smartphones, it makes a higher quality impression than the 2022 model.

New main camera

Compared to its predecessor, what is particularly noticeable is the significantly larger lens on the back of the device. As before, only a single camera is installed, but according to current rumors it should be on par with the cameras of the iPhone flagships at 48 megapixels. However, the suspected 12-megapixel front camera cannot be seen in the photos.

Other high quality components

In addition to the improved camera, the iPhone SE 4 also gets other components that don’t exactly sound like a budget smartphone. The device is said to be equipped with Apple’s A18 chip, which is also used in the iPhone 16. There is also talk of a 6.06-inch OLED screen and a significantly larger battery. Nevertheless, the iPhone SE 4 should cost less than $500.

Coming soon

According to current information, the smartphone will come onto the market in March 2025. Mass production of some components probably began in December. However, it is not yet known how Apple will introduce the iPhone SE 4. In addition to the new cell phone, the company is planning a few more product launches for the spring.
