According to the last information we received, iQOO had plans to release the iQOO Z5x on October 20th in China. And so did the company. The mid-range device comes with a better refresh rate, a bigger battery, and more.
Now that the company has released the device, we can confidently say that this device comes with a 6.58-inch LCD, featuring an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The device will have an 8MP front camera, and a dual-camera module on the rear side, featuring a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP secondary camera, and an LED flash.
iQOO has equipped the Z5x with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, an octa-core processor, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of built-in storage. The device will run Android 11-based iQOO UI out of the box. It also has a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
The whole unit generates its power from a 5000mAh battery, supporting 44W fast charging. Moreover, this iQOO smartphone will also feature a dual Sim slot, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone slot.

The device will be available in three colorways – Lens Black, Fog Sea White, and Sandstone Orange. The company has already started accepting pre-orders. The shipment is to start soon. Chinese users can hop on to the company’s official website and order the new iQOO Z5x.
