iQOO will unveil the Neo 8 series and iQOO Pad on May 23

The Chinese company iQOO is set to unveil its Neo 8 series on May 23. The company will debut the smartphones during an event in China. According to the company, besides the Neo 8 series, the first-ever iQOO tablet dubbed as iQOO Pad will also be unveiled during the event.

The company has shared a teaser that shows some design aspects of the iQOO Pad. It appears similar to the Vivo Pad 2. Well, this is not surprising at all. Since iQOO Pad is assumed to be rebranded version of Vivo Pad 2. Some reports indicate that the iQOO Pad will be fueled by Dimensity 9000+ rather than Dimensity 9000 chipset.

Well, if the above-mentioned information is correct, then the iQOO Pad will feature a 12.1″ 144Hz LCD having 2,800×1,968-pixel resolution. It will come with 12GB RAM and 512 storage options onboard. The tablet will run Android 13 and OriginOS 3 skin. The device will be powered by a 10,000 mAh battery with support for 44W wired and 5W reverse wired charging.

The iQOO Pad will include an 8MP selfie camera. the primary camera could be 13 megapixels accompanied by a 2-megapixel macro unit. The tablet will come with support for stereo speakers, so it won’t sport the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Just recently, Vivo has introduced a keyboard case. It comes with a built-in trackpad and a stylus for the Pad 2. Currently, there is no information on whether these accessories will be available for the iQOO Pad or not.
