Jon Gave us the Release Dates for Samsung Galaxy S22 Series

Yesterday we posted more leaks about Samsung’s Galaxy S22 Ultra. Today, tipster Jon Prosser is helping readers learn more about the entire series – the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 +, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. The tipster shared release dates for the series.

According to Jon Prosser’s tweet, Samsung will begin pre-orders for the Galaxy S22 from February 8th, while the device will reach shelves by the 18th of the same month.

Previously we were getting tips that predicted the Ultra model to come with a Snapdragon 898 SoC in the US, Canada, and China. The rest of the regions would receive the Exynos 2200. But now we’ve learned that all of the three Samsung smartphones from the Galaxy S22 series would follow the same pattern. The Exynos will feature a superior AMD GPU.

In other news, we got to know more about the series. The vanilla model will feature a 6.06-inch AMOLED display, the Galaxy S22+ to come with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display, and the S22 Ultra model to flaunt a 6.81-inch AMOLED display.

Camera-wise, the S22 and S22+ will feature a triple rear-camera setup – 50MP + 12MP + 10MP. The S22 Ultra is likely to feature a quad-camera setup – 108MP + 12MP + 10MP + 10MP.

The S22 will generate its power from a 3700mAh battery, S22+ to get a 4500mAh battery, and the S22 Ultra to get a 5000mAh battery.

Note that these are merely tips coming from different sources. We can’t be 100% sure of what we receive from the tipsters.
