Meizu 21 Pro might debut in March

Meizu 18 Max 5G

In January 2024, Meizu 21 Pro visited the Chinese 3C authority. It was followed by a render that unveiled the details of the device’s camera setup. As of now, a new report regarding the launch timeline and key specs of the Meizu 21 Pro has appeared on Weibo.

A Chinese leaker claims that just like the Meizu 21, the Pro model will feature a unique and impressive design language. According to him, the Pro version has a thin and light design. The smartphone is IP68-certified and features a titanium frame. It features a 2K OLED display. Reportedly, the display is supplied by a local manufacturer.

The display is surrounded by uniform, white-colored bezels on all four sides. An ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner is housed within the screen. It occupies a comparatively large scanning area. Although it is not mentioned in the report, it is expected that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage may be available in the device’s highest version. It might pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The Meizu 21, on the other hand, features a triple camera setup comprising a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP macro camera unit. According to the new report, the Meizu 21 Pro might feature a different camera setup that will include a 50MP OV50H OmniVision main camera and a telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. There is a possibility that it might include an ultra-wide camera. In addition to this, another leak suggests that the smartphone will debut in March 2024.
