Microsoft Intune issue gets fixed by Samsung for Galaxy S22/S21 running Android 13

Samsung introduced the Android 13 updates to various of its smartphones. The South Korean tech giant has taken a big step in upgrading most of its smartphone devices to the latest Android version as well as the updated security patches. The devices that have received the updated Android 13 One UI 5.0 out of the box include Galaxy M13, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Galaxy A52, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, Galaxy A73 5G, Galaxy Tab S8 series, Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro and others.

Given these recent updates, some of the issues have also been reported. One is the problem with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal app. This issue is presented to a few users since the time they upgraded their devices with the latest firmware.

The main problem is associated with the development of work profiles. The users reported that were unable to finish their enrolment on the app. This enrolment is required for the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) provisioning. Reportedly, a solution to this problem has been delivered by the company. Samsung has announced the fix for this issue. The tech giant mentioned that users must reboot their devices before making their work profiles. Since the server side has made the necessary changes.

Once the device is rebooted, the enrolment process will begin. The Android Device Policy will be automatically downloaded on the smartphone. Thus users will easily complete their enrolment. But still, if this fix doesn’t resolve your problem you can download the Android Device Policy from the Play Store physically and start the enrolment process once again.
