Today, Motorola unveiled the upcoming Moto G Power (2022), which is the new face of Moto G Power (2021). We already have some details about this device via some certification sites and some rumors.

The company shared almost everything about this Motorola smartphone. The new model will feature a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The last one had a 60Hz panel. This budget smartphone is equipped with MediaTek’s Helio G37 SoC. The previous one had a Snapdragon 662 SoC.

In terms of RAM and ROM, this model will come in two variants – 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB. This 2022 model again beats up the 2021 model.

The 2022 model will feature a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. The front shooter is an 8MP selfie camera.

Thanks to the big battery size and keep it the same i.e. a 5000mAh battery. However, the new model has a 10W fast charger, which is a step down from the previous device with 15W fast charging support. We can live with that after getting better at things as highlighted above. The device runs Android 11 out of the box.

Other notable features on this Motorola smartphone include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type C port, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, IP52 rating, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
