Motorola is about to add another smartwatch to its wearable portfolio

Motorola previously had a limited portfolio concerning wearables. As of now, it seems like Motorola has decided to expand its portfolio by adding a new smartwatch. Currently, the company sells Moto 360 and Moto Watch 100. Now, it seems like the company has decided to add the Moto Watch 70 to the ranks.

Well, if you were expecting a Wear OS follow-up to the Moto 360 you’d probably be disheartened. The Moto 70 watch is a square Apple Watch-esque device. It accompanies a fitness-tracking mechanism as well as a basic smartwatch operating system. The wearable is listed with complete spec details, an image as well as a description on the BestBuy Canada website.

You would be thinking what is actually unique about Moto Watch 70?

It accompanies some very intriguing features. some of them are listed below:

  • Compatible with both iOS and Android

As per the BestBuy listing, the watch does not accompany cellular connectivity. Additionally, voice assistant support and NFC compatibility are not supported as well. Basically, it’s a starter smartwatch having limited features.

The new watch by Motorola the Moto Watch 70 is available at CAD 99. Currently, no release date for the product has been announced. But we can expect its arrival in the near future.
