Motorola Teases Moto G200 5G with Snapdragon 888 Plus

Motorola recently unveiled the Moto G 5G series. There will be five models coming in the series – Moto G200 5G, Moto G71 5G, Moto G51 5G, Moto G41. The starting price, according to a source, would be nearly 200 euros. The top-tier device is termed the Moto G200 5G and is the global variant of the Moto Edge S30.

According to details, two of the models will feature high refresh rate LCDs with large displays. The rest of the three models will come out with smaller OLED displays. All five of them will have a 5000mAh battery with different charging support. All of them will run Android 11 out of the box.

The Moto G200 5G will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC with 8GB of fast LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device will have a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Motorola claims that a charge of 15 minutes will be enough for the whole day.

Display-wise, this model will sport a 6.8-inch LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10, and DCI-P3 color space. Camera-wise, there’ll be a triple-camera setup. The primary camera is a 108MP sensor, featuring a 2.1 µm pixel size, 8K video capture, and a 960 fps slow-motion mode. The Next one is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus and the third one is a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, we have a single 16MP camera.

The expected date of release for this Motorola smartphone is November 18th and it is first expected to land in Europe. The device will carry a price tag of 450 euros and will be available in three color options – Stellar Blue, and Glacier Green.
