OnePlus introduces OnePlus Nord Buds 2 with ANC

Last year, OnePlus introduced the original Nord Buds. Now, the company has introduced a new pair of Nord-series affordable TWS earbuds. The new earbuds are introduced with some improvements. One of the most notable features is the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) with the new wireless earphones.

Specs and features of OnePlus Nord Buds 2

The new earbuds feature a similar flat-stemmed design to that of the first-gen model. Besides the design, the size is also the same. The earbuds are 12.4mm drivers and a “titanium-coated” diaphragm. Users can access the Dolby Atmos audio, a Dirac Audio Tuner, and a Sound Master Equalizer through the HeyMelody app. All these features contribute to offering a “crystal clear” sound.

In addition to this, the new OnePlus Nord Buds 2 feature ANC as well. With this feature, the company claims that the earbuds have the capacity of 25dB of background noise reduction. Furthermore, the earbuds are provided with the new BassWave algorithm. It helps and balances the listening experience. overall, the device is full of great features. Some other features like Fast Pair, an IP55 certification (sweat and water protection), and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity are also included.

Each bud piece is provided with a 41mAh battery. The battery lasts for up to seven hours without ANC, while with ANC it offers five hours of battery life. The charging case is provided with a 480mAh battery and offers a battery life of 36 hours on a single charge. The case can be charged in around 90 minutes. Whereas only ten minutes f charging for the buds is sufficient to make them work for five hours.

Price and availability

The OnePlus Nord Buds 2 can be accessed in the UK, the US, and Europe. The buds are offered in two different colors i.e., Lightning White and Thunder Gray. They are available for £69/$59/€69. In India, the earbuds will be available from April 11 onwards. Whereas other Asian markets will have the Nord Buds 2 later this month.
