PTCL Internet Too Slow Because Of The Fault In Submarine Cable

You might be experiencing problems with your PTCL connection from the last 1 to 2 days, it might last longer as the submarine cable is found faulty by PTCL, and the internet speed has become dead slow due to this.

Some people might experience internet outage as well, but most of the time the PTCL internet is going to be down.

PTCL official Twitter has announced this news a few minutes ago at the time of writing this article, PTCL official Twitter account said, “Outage in International Submarine Cable Systems providing internet bandwidth to Pakistan, IMEWE, Customers will face slow internet browsing”

But it’s not slow, it’s dead slow to be very honest, bandwidth on PTCL internet is already slow even it is working with its full gallops, but now it is a different story, submarine cable is broken and we don’t know how and when it will be fixed, but Chief Business Development Officer PTCL, Sikander Naqi said in a statement, “the international consortium managing the submarine cable system has already started working to resolve the situation as earliest as possible. In order to minimize the service impact, PTCL has already undertaken necessary measures to arrange additional/alternate bandwidth through its other cable systems and international cable business partners. Inconvenience is regretted”

The Fault is found in IMEWE-4 Cable near Jeddah which is going to be fixed and we are hoping to get back the internet speed as soon as possible.
