The recently launched Realme 8 of the Realme 8 series is expecting a 5G variant, though no launching date is leaked. Geekbench recently spotted the Realme 8 5G with minimal details.
The new 5G variant would come with the RMX3241 model number, runs Android 11 out of the box, and will come with 8GB of RAM. The device also features MediaTek’s MT6833V/ZA under the hood, which is a part of the Dimensity 700 SoC.
On the other hand, some of the information was also leaked by FCC. According to FCC, the new Realme 8 5G will have a 5,000 mAh battery, side-mounted fingerprint reader, and NFC. Moreover, the device will be thicker and heavier than its 4G counterpart, which is 8mm thin and weighs 177 grams.
