Realme releases the new GT 5G in Europe, BUT it wasn’t the end of the event

In a very short time span, Realme successfully captured a large chunk of smartphone users. If you don’t know, the company was founded in 2018 by Sky Li (李炳忠). Just three years, and it has done a pretty good job in manufacturing smartphones for its fans. But it seems as if the company is expanding its horizon.

In its most recent event held for the European markets, the company released the new Realme GT 5G flagship. But the event wasn’t just all about the GT 5G smartphone. The company also unveiled the Realme Pad, the Realme Book, and Realme TechLife Robot Vacuum.

Though the company didn’t open up about these new products, it has informed us that these devices would be coming soon (the company didn’t disclose their release dates.

In the event, the company did show a prototype of the laptop, and the spokesperson said that it would be designed with Realme fans in mind.

According to the image above, this thin notebook will have at least two USB-C connectors; one could be used for charging the device.

The company also displayed renders of the Realme Pad. Though the images weren’t very comprehensible, we expect that the tablet will adopt flat edges and a slightly projecting camera module.

The company also a new product, much unexpected, the Realme TechLife Robot Vacuum. This vacuum comes with 38 high-precision sensors, LiDAR smart mapping and navigating system, and a 2-in-1 mopping function. We also managed to get its price tag, which is €299, and it will be available for pre-orders starting tomorrow on the realme website and AliExpress.
