Redmi Note 13 series is now official with an affordable price tag

The Redmi Note 13 series is a recent affordable smartphone series debuted by Xiaomi. The series comprises three smartphones, i.e., the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+.

Concerning the specs, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is the most compelling one. Basically, the Pro and Pro+ models are quite similar in terms of their specs. Comparatively, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 is slightly different. The display of the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Pro+ is curved. Both feature thin bezels and a central display camera hole. Two cameras can be found on the back. Both smartphones feature flat sides all around.

The Redmi Note 13 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC. It comes in three different RAM options, including the 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB LPDDR4X RAM models with 128GB and 256GB storage. Do note that the storage is expandable. The phone’s software includes Android 13 and MIUI 14 skin. It features two SIM card slots, an audio jack, IP54 certification, Bluetooth 5.3, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and an IR blaster.

The smartphone comes with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging. The charger is packaged inside the box. On the back, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 features a 100MP primary camera and a 2MP depth camera. whereas a 16MP selfie shooter can be found on the front. It comes in three different colors including Midnight Black, Sand White, and Time Blue. It is priced at CNY1,199 ($164) in China.
