In 2019, Samsung introduced the Galaxy A80 with its flip-up camera to have a full-screen experience and great quality selfies. And now we hear that another device in the series would soon hit the market. The so-called device could be named the Galaxy A82.
According to Google Play Console, the upcoming smartphone is codenamed Galaxy A Quantum 2, coming with the a82xq model number. The Galaxy A82 will have a centered punch-hole cutout on the screen. The phone is expected to run Android 11 out of the box.
Under the hood, the device would be powered by the Snapdragon 855+ paired with 6GB RAM.
As for the display, The Samsung Galaxy A82 will feature a display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels with a DPI of 450. It is also said that the phone will have Sony’s 64MP IMX686 sensor for its main camera.
Rest of the information remains hidden. But it’s believed that the phone would soon come on screen.
As far as it goes with the Quantum series, Samsung rebranded the Galaxy A71 5G with quantum encryption last year. We could expect the same this year.
