The time for Samsung’s Galaxy Flip 3 and Galaxy Fold 3 is just around the corner – the company is releasing the devices on August 11th in Samsung Unpacked event. But ahead of time, we finally got a hold of prestigious information about the Galaxy Z Flip 3.
According to the leaks, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will feature a 6.7-inch internal display with 1080×2640 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The external screen is a 1.9-inch 260×512 display. The device is protected well with Gorilla Glass Victus.
On its camera side, we have a primary camera of a 12 MP f/1.8 main sensor with OIS, and a 12 MP f/2.2 fixed-focus ultrawide. The front-facing camera is a 10 MP f/2.4.
Under the hood, this device is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, clubbed with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of non-expandable UFS 3.1 storage.
This device also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IPx8 rating for water resistance, and dual-SIM support (one nanoSIM and one eSIM). The device measures 166 x 72.2 x 6.9mm when opened, and weighs 183g.
The whole unit is powered by a 3,300 mAh battery and runs Android 11 with One UI 3.1 on top.
The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to carry a price tag of €1,099 (around $1,099) and will be available in Phantom Black, Cream, and Lavender color options.
