Samsung is rolling out new updates for the Galaxy Watch Active2 and the Galaxy Watch3. The updates are still based on Tizen 5.5.0.2, just like the one from early this month.
Before this update, these two smartwatches already received one firmware update from the company. Like said earlier, the previous update was also based on Tizen 5.5.0.2.
This new update brings some minor visual changes to fitness icons and “improved device stability”, in particular, the auto walking/running and ‘inactive alert’ icons are enhanced.
If you own any of the two devices, you could download the update from the Galaxy Wearable App and scroll down to “Watch Software Update”, then “Download and Install”. According to the source, the size of this update is 49MB and will take several minutes to install.
