Samsung’s new folding smartphone the Galaxy Fold has been under the magnifying glass for the last few months, there were rumors, specification leaks and renders circulated online before its official launch. The company also re-launched the smartphone earlier this year due to some problems in the first batch.
Samsung has previously launched Galaxy Fold 5G in the UK for £1,799. According to the latest report, the company has launched its Galaxy Fold 5G version in Germany recently. The Galaxy fold was available in Germany with a hefty price tag of $2321. The report says, it only took minutes to sell out all Galaxy Fold 5G phones. However, the phone is still available in Germany for preorders, and users can only order the 5G version of the smartphone.
The shipments of the phone will start by the end of next week, Samsung is not expecting too many sales on this premium handset because of the price tag it carries, and consumers can order the phone online via Samsung store. There are two colors available for Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G, Space Silver and Cosmos Black according to the preorder page. Samsung has also included Galaxy Buds, rugged Aramid Fiber cover, and Samsung Care+ inside the box.
