Some details about the features of the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro

The official launch of the OnePlus Ace 3 is just a few days away. According to a source, the company might be working on a powerful version of the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro. The recent information comes from the tipster Digital Chat Sation. The tipster claims that the Pro model will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Furthermore, it will feature a metal frame and a glass back with a curved-edge display.
The Ace 3 Pro is expected to be positioned in between the flagship OnePlus 12 and the regular Ace 3. Despite the fact that the Ace 3 Pro and OnePlus 12 share the same performance benchmarks, the flagship and non-flagship models could feature different specs. The same approach was adopted by the company last year with the OnePlus 11 and Ace 2 Pro. The two smartphones are powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and 10-bit AMOLED displays. However, the camera system of the OnePlus 11 was more advanced. Well, this is mere speculation. Of course, things will become clear with time.
Specifications of the OnePlus Ace 3
The available information suggests that the smartphone will feature a large 6.78-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The display will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Interestingly, the device will include a unique “rain touch” feature that will enable users to use the device in wet conditions.
The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It will have a 9140mm2 VC heat dissipation unit, the company has confirmed. A sizable 5,000mAh battery with 100W rapid charging is also included. It will feature a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. A 16MP selfie camera can be found on the front. It will debut as the OnePlus 12R in the global market on January 23.
