Sony Could Bring a New Device from the Xperia Series this Year

According to a tipster, ZACKBUKS, Sony could be working on a new device from the Xperia series. The tipster hinted that there could be a U model in the series.

Talking about the OG Xperia Z Ultra, the device has a 6.4″ screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio. This device also came with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC.

The last Ultra smartphone that came out from Sony was Xperia XA2 Ultra (2018). It had a 6″ screen, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and had a Snapdragon 600 series chip.

We do not have many details about the upcoming device but speculates that this new smartphone could have a wider screen (above 21:9 aspect ratio).

Another speculation is that Sony may introduce a compact phone.
