The fresh update of Samsung Internet Beta introduces three new useful features

In order to improve the app’s usability, Samsung has released a fresh update for Samsung Internet. it is reportedly a beta version of the app that is accompanied by three new features. The new feature is available on both smartphones as well as tablets. With the latest upgrade, users can easily access the bookmarks bar, tab bar, and URL bar.

Bookmarks bar and URL bar

The new updates are presented with version 21.0.0.25 of the Samsung Internet app. Given the new update, the bookmark bar and tab bar are now displayed at the bottom of the screen. The new option can be accessed from the Layout and menu options presented in Settings. Once the feature is enabled, you can view the bookmarks bar and tabs bar at the bottom. Do note that they appear just below the URL bar in case a user has activated the bottom URL bar feature.

To easily access other functions, long-press the items visible on the bookmarks and tab bars. For instance, you may long-press a bookmark in the bookmarks bar to

  • edit it
  • copy the link
  • open it in Secret Mode
  • open it in a new tab, or a new window
  • move the tab, open it in a new tab, or open it in a new window
  • close all other tabs
  • and many other actions by long-pressing the tab on the tab bar

In addition to this, the new update is accompanied by the option to display the URL bar at the bottom of the app on tablets. Previously, the feature was only provided on smartphones. Samsung has not released the fresh version of the Samsung Internet Beta on the Play Store as yet. Users can download the new version from the Galaxy Store. The download size of the latest version of the app is 110.52MB.
