The Galaxy S24 FE might be released this summer

According to some recent pieces of information, the South Korean tech giant Samsung is working on the Galaxy S24 FE. Since the beginning, Samsung’s FE model release schedule has been a little unpredictable. When it comes to the previous release schedules of the FE models, the timeline shows different timings. We can expect the Galaxy S24 FE to arrive by the end of this year.

In contrast to this, a recent report from The Elec suggests that the company might debut the device earlier than expected. According to the Korean media, the display driver IX (DDI) has already entered the mass production stage. In accordance with reports, the production volume is in the millions. Thus, a comparable quantity of items on the shelf is to be expected. Based on their market analysis, it indicates that Samsung is taking its FE lineup seriously and anticipates success for the S24 FE.

According to The Elec, the Galaxy S24 FE might debut this summer. Anapass is manufacturing the display driver IC (DDI) for the upcoming smartphone. This manufacturer is known for supplying their products to Chinese smartphone companies. Some studies state that Anapass leads the market in terms of market share for Samsung’s OLED displays’ T-con (timing controller).

The S24 FE’s production volume is described as “in the millions” by the publication, which is a little ambiguous. By contrast, they had earlier mentioned that the Galaxy S23 FE had roughly three million production volume.
