The S Pen design for the Galaxy S24 Ultra has been revealed ahead of its release

It’s been rumored that Samsung would reveal the Galaxy S24 series in the middle of January 2024, so the launch event is still more than a month away. However, most of the future high-end gadgets’ specs and potential designs have already surfaced. Recently, a real-world picture of the Galaxy S24 Ultra was also leaked. We can now also envision what the S Pen would look like.

S Pen for Galaxy S24 Ultra passes FCC certification procedure

The design and other details of the S Pen stylus for the Galaxy S24 Ultra have been made public after it successfully completed the US FCC certification procedure via MySmartPrice. Model number EJ-PS928 is associated with the S Pen, and its FCC ID was A3LEJPS928.

The FCC’s filings also disclosed the device’s design, which was akin to the S Pen that was included with the Galaxy S23 Ultra. It has a button, an imprint on top, and a sharp yet plasticky nib. It has gesture-enabled Bluetooth LE connectivity and a display that shows the location of its Bluetooth LE antenna.

The S Pen appears in the image above in the color grey/graphite, although it ought to come in a wider range of hues. According to FCC documentation, it has a frequency range of 2,402–2,408 MHz and a maximum RF (radio frequency) output power of 1.082 mW. The pictures below provide further information. It’s unclear if the S Pen has an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

Specs for the rumored Galaxy S24 Ultra

An almost flat 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen is anticipated for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. According to reports, it has a 5,000mAh battery, dual speakers, 256GB/512GB/1TB storage, 8GB/12GB RAM, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy chipset. It might include a 12 MP ultrawide, 10 MP telephoto, 50 MP telephoto, and 12 MP selfie camera in addition to its 200 MP primary camera. Additionally, it can have two-way satellite connectivity for phoning and messaging in an emergency.
